General Terms and Conditions

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

In these General Terms and Conditions:

  • Store / Seller: First Apparel

  • Customer / Consumer: any individual placing an order for personal use

  • Products: second-hand / thrift clothing offered through the online store

  • Distance Contract: a contract concluded via the website without physical meeting

  • Durable Medium: email or any format allowing information to be stored and reproduced

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between First Apparel and the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS & OFFER

All products sold are second-hand / thrift items.
Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible. Minor signs of wear are normal and not considered defects unless clearly stated.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

ARTICLE 5 – CONTRACT

A contract is concluded once the customer completes checkout and payment is confirmed.
Orders may be refused or cancelled if information provided is incorrect or fraudulent.

ARTICLE 6 – PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in the applicable currency at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated separately unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify-supported payment providers.

ARTICLE 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship nationwide within the Philippines only.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS (UPDATED)

Because First Apparel sells second-hand / thrift clothing, returns and refunds are handled strictly.

Returns are accepted only as stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

For any claim involving damaged, incorrect, or missing items, a clear unboxing video is required.
No video = no refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is confirmed to be ours.

ARTICLE 9 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS (UPDATED)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery 

You must include:

  • A full unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted without a video will be automatically rejected.

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost

ARTICLE 10 – CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY

First Apparel is not liable for indirect damages, misuse of products, or delays caused by couriers.

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
