First Apparel is based in Manila, Philippines and ships nationwide within the Philippines only.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotions. We do not ship internationally.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist with tracking when needed.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Second-Hand Items
All products sold are second-hand/thrift items. Minor signs of wear may be present and are not considered defects unless stated otherwise in the product description.
