Return & Refund Policy

First Apparel sells second-hand / thrift clothing. Due to the nature of pre-owned items, all sales are handled under strict return and refund conditions. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 1 day of delivery only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original tags (if attached) must still be intact

  • The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not returnable

If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused.

Return Process

To request a return, you must contact us first at franz.business.team@gmail.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number. Lost or untracked returns are at the customer’s own risk and will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • Clear photos showing the issue

No unboxing video = no refund or replacement.
Claims submitted without a video will be automatically rejected.

If the claim is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Address

Return instructions and the return address will be provided only after your return request has been approved.
